Calm Water Cruise and Classic Wines tour!
So you have a 'special' birthday to organise. It maybe a 40th, 50th, 60th the list is endless really, what to do??!! Well I am so happy to announce that Cork 'n Fork Winery tours have married up with Starfish Cruises on the Gold Coast Broadwater for this event.
Not only will it be a birthday to remember but our special day takes all the worry and pain away of how to organise, what to organise etc. Our Calm Water Cruise and Classic Wine tour begins with your choice of either the 2 hour cruise in the morning or the afternoon. We suggest in the morning. We will pick you and your group minimum 20-24 up from your address, anywhere on the Gold Coast but we do not travel up to Brisbane CBD for this one! It is a full on relaxing and wonderful day and in putting it together with my husband Peter and our new mates Karen and Glenn, owners of the M.V Starfish, we did not want to come home ourselves.
Once on board the Starfish, sit back, relax and enjoy the running commentary from the skipper, the peaceful calm waters of the Broadwater, morning tea with a bottomless cup of tea or coffee on board with homebaked fresh scones, jam and cream are all supplied. The boat is licensed so a light beverage if desired is also on offer, don't forget though, the Classic wine tour is ahead of you!
On docking you will then be collected by us on board our 25 seater air conditioned fully seat belted bus and driven to 3 different locations of vineyards and wineries on Tamborine Mtn. At our first stop you will be taken through a guided wine tasting followed by a delicious 2 course lunch of mains and dessert, then its off to another 2 wineries to taste their classic wines. Once again the running commentary and hosting is either by my talented husband Peter or myself. We then meander our way back to your home in air conditioned comfort and a great day had by all!
